With a company culture emphasising the health and happiness of their staff, the focus was to create functional, but friendly open plan and cellular workspaces, as well as collaborative spaces for team meetings and brainstorming sessions. To escape the office buzz, we designed energetic colourful interior pause areas, and tranquil exterior garden spaces. The executive boardroom, meeting rooms and reception area showcase the IProp brand. The building can function completely off the grid and is energy and resource efficient, cost effective to operate, all while offering its occupants better health and productivity. Although it is an intensive functional workspace, there is a strong emphasis on the aesthetic.
